When will my order arrive?

If you order before 20:00 it will be in tomorrow!

How can I view my orders?

We always send a confirmation of your order to your e-mail address. If you have created an account with your order, you can also view it when logging in.

How can I pay?

With us you can pay securely online with: iDeal, Bancontact, Klarna, VISA and much more!

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship to?

Throughout Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.

What are the shipping costs?

€2.95 for orders that fit through the letterbox in the Netherlands.
€5.99 for orders from the Netherlands under €50.
€6.99 for orders from Belgium under €50.
Free for orders from € 50,-

Can I return my product?

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
